Steel Shepherds weekly update Build 0.2

The start of weekly updates is here, which will happen every Sunday—adding at least one enemy for you all to take on. This week adds the Brigand, a cut throat every new Steel Shepherd will encounter in their career, and new lore for Kratoria, talking about the odd day and night cycle the moon has. That's right, Kratoria is a moon. 

Also, the addition of the Speed Wagon, a motorized carriage makes travel fast and fun.
